LMA Properties is a boutique real estate investment and management firm headquartered in Los Angeles, specializing in value-driven, risk-adjusted multi-family opportunities. We are led by co-founders Levi Teleshevsky and Menachem Dahan, who combined their extensive real estate backgrounds to build a strategy focused on maximizing returns for investors.

Levi Teleshevsky - Co-Founder
Before co-founding LMA, Levi spent seven years driving growth across diverse real estate ventures. He was instrumental in developing financial systems and models for a boutique finance and investment house in Australia, overseeing assets under management exceeding $4 billion. In Brooklyn, Levi led eight ground-up development projects, delivering over 200 new residential units. Most recently, Levi spearheaded acquisitions for TDI Properties Inc., a fully integrated real estate owner-operator in Los Angeles, gaining deep expertise in identifying and executing high-potential opportunities.

Menachem Dahan - Co-Founder
Menachem brings over five years of institutional property management experience to LMA. As a Regional Manager at a Beverly Hills-based firm, he oversaw a portfolio of 2,500 apartments across Los Angeles, managing teams of onsite staff, maintenance personnel, and office support. His leadership ensured operational excellence, consistently surpassing ownership's expectations. Menachem has overseen large-scale construction projects, from accessory dwelling unit (ADU) builds to full-scale apartment renovations, including roofing, plumbing, and electrical upgrades.

In their first project with LMA, Menachem and Levi successfully acquired, constructed, and stabilized $12 million in assets in prime Los Angeles County markets. Together, they are committed to building a portfolio of high-performing properties that deliver strong returns and long-term value for their investors.
