Our Company
LMA was founded by two partners Menachem Dahan and Levi Teleshevsky, two passionate real estate professionals with years of hands-on experience. Menachem has served as a Regional Manager for one of the largest property management companies in Los Angeles, while Levi has spearheaded acquisitions and project management for major real estate firms in Los Angeles and New York. LMA was founded during the recent downturn in the real estate market to capitalize on discounted opportunities and to provide transparent, hands-on management services to owners. Menachem and Levi’s combined expertise has generated high, risk-averse returns for investors, turning underperforming properties into valuable investments.
